Student Housing in Downtown Blacksburg

Goals: Use space efficiently to provide storage and comfort. Design a space that is unique yet can be rented to many types of students.

Outcome: The floors are separated by private and public spaces. The loft provides extra light into the living room while also providing a place to feel like you’re floating when on the net. The back patio allows a more private setting to be outdoors, while the front patio allows the occupant to be more involved in the community and night life on Main Street.
