Overview: 18 room hotel in downtown Blacksburg located between Wells Fargo and Sharkey’s with a limit of 120’L x 35’W x 60’H, excluding drive-through overhang. The rooms consist of 8 double bed rooms, 8 king bed rooms, and 2 suites. The first floor includes a waiting area, offices and check-in, storage space, and a small cafe with seating. The roof has a pool, outdoor seating on a wood deck, locker rooms, and a bar looking out onto the pool and Main Street.
